Group License
Under 40 Students
$400/year
If you are part of a homeschool pod, co-op, micro school, charter school, or private school and plan to use or share our curriculum with your group, a group license is required. For learning communities serving fewer than 40 students, the fee is $400 per year. This annual license ensures legal and ethical use across your program while supporting the continued creation of high-quality, nature-based educational resources.

For larger pods, co-ops, micro schools, charter schools, or private schools with 40 or more students, the annual licensing fee is $600 per year. This license allows your community to legally and ethically share our curriculum, while helping sustain the development of enriching, hands-on lessons for children everywhere.
Terms and Conditions - Group License Agreement - Nature Education Cooperative Curriculum
This Group License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Nature Education Cooperative (“Licensor”) and the purchasing organization (“Licensee”), which may include a homeschool pod, co-op, micro school, charter school, or private school. By purchasing and/or using a group license, the Licensee agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. License Grant
Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased curriculum with students enrolled in their group. The license permits sharing within the Licensee’s organization only and does not grant resale, redistribution, or public posting rights.
2. Term of License
The group license is valid for one (1) calendar year from the date of purchase. Renewal is required to continue use beyond the licensed term.
3. License Fees

For groups serving fewer than 40 students, the annual license fee is $400.

For groups serving 40 or more students, the annual license fee is $600.

Curriculum materials are sold separately and are not included in the license fee.
4. Scope of Use

The Licensee may reproduce and distribute copies of curriculum only to students and educators within their licensed group.

Materials may be shared digitally (via email or password-protected platforms) or in print, but cannot be posted publicly (e.g., websites, social media, or open-access platforms).

Curriculum may not be altered, rebranded, or used to create derivative works without written permission from Licensor.
5. Restrictions
The Licensee agrees not to:

Share curriculum with individuals or groups outside of their licensed community.

Sell, sublicense, or commercially distribute the materials.

Upload or post the curriculum to any public or unsecured digital platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All curriculum content remains the sole property of Nature Education Cooperative. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership or copyright.
7. Termination of License
Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate termination of the license, without refund. Licensor reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for unauthorized use.
8. Limitation of Liability
Licensor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the curriculum. Materials are provided “as is” for educational purposes.
9. Acknowledgment
By purchasing and using a group license, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
